Boulud Sud: Clusel-Roch Côte Rotie Winemaker Dinner

Sommelier Michael Madrigale welcomes winemakers Gilbert Clusel and Brigitte Roch for an evening of Condrieu, Côte Rôtie and Côte Rôtie Les Grandes Places. Described by Robert Parker as “a star of the appellation”, Domaine Clusel-Roch has been producing wines of exceptional finesse, purity and terroir since Gilbert first took over the estate in 1987. Producing only 1,500 cases per year, this is a hidden Northern Rhône gem. We are pairing four courses of Mediterranean cuisine by Chef Aaron Chambers with ten wines from the Domaine’s own cellar,including a vertical of Côte Rôtie Les Grandes Places from the vintages of 1989, 1995, 1999 and 2000.
